You will be key in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and professionalism within the dynamic event landscape of the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct catering staff during events, ensuring efficient setup, service, and breakdown.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and adherence to client specifications.
• Liaise with event organizers and clients to confirm event details and address any immediate needs or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout event operations.

Requirements
