Job summary

TikTok is scaling its Creator and Merchant commerce operations in the US. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to onboard quality merchants, optimize product listings, and improve traffic and sales while aligning with market dynamics and category strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years in category investment promotion or operations.
• Strong learning ability, execution and self-motivation, and good at team collaboration.
• Familiar with the industrial cluster, product pricing and brands of relevant categories, and possess merchant resources.
• Strong data analysis capabilities to analyze industry trends and project management, summarize findings and conclusions through data.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Operations: onboard high-quality merchants and manage product selection, listing, optimization, and inventory to ensure smooth operations and improve traffic, conversion and sales volume.
• Market Analysis: monitor industry trends and conduct market research to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis: analyze product, merchant operation and sales data to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Team Collaboration: work with cross-functional partners to ensure timely product supply and drive growth for assigned categories.
