Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to ensure the voice of the consumer informs marketing decisions around innovation, brand strategy, positioning and targeting. The role reports to the VP of Consumer Insights and leads development of insights and trends impacting launches.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in consumer market research with leadership experience; travel may be required. Expect collaboration across Brand Marketing, Innovation and Commercial teams to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• 7+ years of consumer market research experience, to include study design, management and application of various types of market research with 3+ years of CPG experience.
• 10-15% travel may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer insights development and deliverables to ensure insights are translated into actionable marketing plans.
• Translate and communicate brand's unique selling propositions to key stakeholders - consumers, customers, and cross-functional partners including senior management.
• Lead the development and implementation of new Insight tools to elevate and amplify the value of Consumer research and consumer needs.
• Drive organizational and customer engagement behind brand strategies to generate excitement, align on priorities, and ensure we deliver strong execution.
• Measure for success and adjust plans to deliver against growth agenda.
