Nationwide is seeking a National Catastrophe Field Claims Specialist II to support Personal Lines across the country. You will assess catastrophes, determine coverages, and guide customers through the claims process while working in field environments.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three to five years of related property claims experience preferred.
• Licensing and Xactimate certifications encouraged within specified timeframes.

Aufgaben

• Conduct on-site property inspections and damage assessments in catastrophe zones.
• Investigate and resolve moderate to complex property claims from start to finish.
• Determine policy coverage and prepare estimates using Xactimate.
• Own the full lifecycle of claims, including reserving, supplements, and documentation.
• Partner with internal teams (Special Investigations, Subrogation) as needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring timely resolutions.
