Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a dynamic insurance sales and business development professional to drive revenue growth by connecting Retail Agents with national markets and delivering underwriting solutions through strong carrier relationships.

Responsibilities include market and sell wholesale insurance, pre-qualify submissions, and build solid carrier partnerships. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s, and a Home State P&C license or plan to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with related experience.
• Home state P&C license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Proven business development and relationship-management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into insurance solutions.
• Sales experience in insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by connecting Retail Agents with national markets.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to meet production goals.
• Build relationships with specialty carriers for pricing and coverage access.
• Pre-qualify submissions and pursue high-probability opportunities.
• Analyze submissions to select best carrier, coverage, and premium.
• Educate partners on RPS's range of risk solutions; lead teams when needed.
• Travel as required to engage with clients and carriers.
