Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated initiative and professionalism in learning the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing and administration of commercial casualty accounts.
• Assist brokers with quoting, binder preparation, policy processing, endorsements, and documentation.
• Review policies, endorsements, and related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare renewal marketing materials, submissions, cover letters, and other brokerage docs.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and transaction records in AMS and document platforms.
• Organize files to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers, underwriters, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
