Job summary

JACK is seeking a VIP Host in Cleveland, OH to delight guests with gracious, personalized service and proactive issue resolution. You will greet guests, enroll ClubJACK members, and support VIP events and promotions within a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in casino/hotel customer service or host roles, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; you must be 21+ and eligible for Ohio

Qualifications

• Two to three years casino/hotel or related customer service experience.
• Experience as a host or similar role is preferred.
• Proficient with customer POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and enroll them in ClubJACK loyalty program.
• Assist in planning and executing VIP events and promotions.
• Uphold gaming and company guidelines with integrity.
• Handle guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with VIP hosts and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of property happenings and upcoming events.
• Ensure privacy and professionalism in all guest interactions.
