Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and maintain gaming equipment across casino sites. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and provide top-tier customer service to both internal teams and customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic electronics and networking knowledge, and the ability to obtain state gaming licenses. Expect travel and on-call duties in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Experience with electronics or gaming equipment.
• Ability to obtain licenses with Nevada Gaming Control Board or other jurisdictions.
• Willingness to travel to casinos and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot service incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols in high-energy environments.
