Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos seeks a Software Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot casino and hospitality systems, including IGT Advantage, OPERA, InfoGenesis and related applications. You will handle user management, customization, and work with vendors to ensure system reliability.

You will report to the Director of Central IT, coordinate with department heads, and help train staff on new features while upholding internal controls and service standards across the property.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred in business or IT.
Hands-on knowledge of hospitality software such as InfoGenesis, OPERA and IGT Advantage.
3+ years in a hospitality setting with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Support all software products at the casino, including troubleshooting, user management, and customization.
Act as liaison between software vendors and business units; assist in training programs for ongoing operations.
Maximize software performance by coordinating with IT Engineering for maintenance and updates.
