Job summary

Hrapply is seeking an IT Support professional to provide user support for hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems in an office/casino environment in Glendale, AZ. The role includes in-depth problem analysis, technical assistance, and user training under supervision.

You will document projects, maintain records, and stay up-to-date with industry developments while ensuring clear communication and high guest service standards. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; three years’ hands-on IT Support experience or completion of Desert Diamond Casino IT Intern Program.
• Must be 18+ and have no felony/theft convictions; pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Knowledge of computer hardware/software, networking, and updated tech trends; ability to communicate guidance to users.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and oral; strong guest service skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide user support across hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist in upkeep of systems.
• Document projects and maintain user instructions; keep records of maintenance and repairs.
