Job summary

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking an IT Specialist I to install, move, and maintain computing systems and applications across the enterprise. You will support users and gaming systems, coordinate with IT management, and ensure procedures align with internal controls and security policies.

In this role you will handle routine requests, document configurations, and provide friendly, professional service to staff and gaming guests while working within a 24-hour schedule and adhering to casino

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to interact well with employees and vendors.
Ability to resolve problems diplomatically and tactfully.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Install systems, voice/data network connections, and coordinate with users.
Receive and respond to calls/requests about system issues.
Create and update documentation for systems, network equipment, and locations.
Perform routine preventive maintenance for hardware and software.
Maintain understanding of IT security policies and the IT Acceptable Use Policy.
Provide exceptional customer service to patrons in a polite, professional manner.
Attend necessary meetings.
Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
