Job summary

IGT is seeking an Application Support Engineer to assist casino customers across the United States with Table Manager, Cage & Table Accounting, Table Drop, and related systems. You will diagnose issues, drive resolutions, and collaborate across engineering, product, and regulatory teams.

The role requires a blend of casino operations knowledge, technical troubleshooting, and strong customer service. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected, with opportunities to impact regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with ability to model complex casino processes.
• Experience documenting processes and knowledge for teams.
• 2–5 years in casino operations plus systems knowledge.
• Strong debugging, networking, and integration understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for TM, CTA, Table Drop and related systems.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records per procedures.
• Ensure services meet SLA commitments and are restored quickly.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams.
• Travel domestically up to 25% as required.
