Wind Creek Montgomery is seeking a Surveillance Agent to observe, document, and report activities related to gaming and non-gaming operations. The role protects assets by detecting theft, cheating and other illegal activities, and assists management with investigations.

Shift is 3pm-11:30pm with adjustments based on business needs. Candidates must have a Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a smoke environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED or enrolled; complete GED within 6 months.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of related casino gaming, CCTV, security, loss prevention, or investigations experience.
• Report writing will be tested before interview.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willing to work odd hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to work in a smoke environment.

Aufgaben

• Use surveillance cameras, equipment and software to identify suspicious activity.
• Complete video reviews, reports and logs accurately.
• Monitor restricted areas to ensure only authorized personnel enter.
