Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality seeks a Surveillance Agent to observe, document, and report on gaming and non-gaming activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding assets. The role supports casino management in resolving guest and employee issues while maintaining security.

Shifts run 3pm–11:30pm with potential changes. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, one year of relevant experience (security, CCTV, loss prevention), and the ability to obtain a Tribal Gaming License.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• One (1) year of related experience in casino gaming, security, CCTV, or investigations.
• Ability to obtain Tribal Gaming License if required.
• Willing to work odd hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and report activities for gaming and non-gaming operations.
• Utilize surveillance cameras and equipment to identify suspicious activity.
• Assist casino management in resolving guest or employee disputes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Monitor restricted areas and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
