Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality Authority is seeking a Surveillance Agent II responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting activities within gaming operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role supports casino management in dispute resolutions and, in the supervisor’s absence, oversees Surveillance Department activities.

The position requires PCI compliance familiarity, strong reporting ability, and willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• One (1) year of casino surveillance experience or directly related field– required.
• Six (6) months of previous supervisory experience– preferred.
• Must have intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word and report writing, which a report writing assignment will be administered prior to any interview.

Responsibilities

• Complies with PCI Gaming purpose, expectation guide, and department procedures.
• Trains in all aspects of surveillance and casino topics including camera and equipment utilization, cheating methods and detection techniques, game protection, and department procedures.
• Uses surveillance cameras, equipment and software to identify, record, document and report suspicious behavior or illegal activity.
• Observes, documents, records, and reports regulatory or procedural violations.
• Monitors daily casino activity and restricted areas to ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Completes routine video reviews, reports, log entries, and other surveillance tasks accurately.
