Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Security Officer II for overnight to early morning shifts in Montgomery, Alabama. The role focuses on protecting guests, employees, and assets, while delivering high levels of customer service in a casino environment.

Responsibilities include patrolling premises, responding to incidents, handling access control, and documenting events with written reports. Applicants must meet security training requirements and possess a valid Tribal Gaming License.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or in progress to complete within 6 months.
• Two years in law enforcement, military, corrections, or other security capacity; or one year in casino security.
• Complete basic Security Officer training with at least 80% within 60 days.
• Must hold state-recognized Emergency Care Provider/EMR with CPR/AED within 90 days.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb stairs, and run short distances; fitness testing may occur annually.
• Must obtain and maintain Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Provides security and control of casino, hotel and property assets
• Performs general Security patrols
• Responds to incidents involving guests
• Verifies gaming machine access and payouts
• Provides Key Control and Radio communications
• Escorts team members and guests
• Prepares written reports to document incidents
• Drives company vehicles and shuttles
• Other job duties as assigned
