Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland seeks a Surveillance Agent to observe, document, and report activities across gaming and non-gaming operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and department procedures. The role protects assets by detecting theft, cheating, and other illegal activities by guests and employees, while supporting casino management in dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and plan to complete GED within 6 months
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 year of related experience in cash operations, CCTV, security, loss prevention, or investigations
• 1 year of casino gaming or casino cash operations experience preferred
• Report writing abilities; assessment will be administered prior to interview
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, with mature, self-managed approach

Responsibilities

• Observe and document activities in gaming and non-gaming operations
• Train in surveillance techniques, camera/equipment use, cheating detection, and game protection
• Use surveillance equipment and software to identify and report suspicious or illegal activity
• Monitor for regulatory or procedural violations and report findings
• Ensure access-controlled areas remain secured and restricted to authorized personnel
• Complete video reviews, logs, and incident reports accurately
• Assist investigations as directed by surveillance leadership
