Job summary

Wind Creek Atmore is seeking a Surveillance Agent II to observe, document, and report activities within gaming operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and assisting management in resolving disputes. You will also support the Surveillance Department in the absence of a supervisor.

The role requires a year of casino surveillance, willingness to work nights/weekends, and a valid driver’s license; candidates should have strong Word and report-writing skills and the ability to manage and train

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and must complete within 6 months
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• One (1) year of casino surveillance experience required
• Six (6) months of supervisory experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word and report writing; a writing assignment is administered prior to interview
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including night and weekend schedules
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License and insurable driving record
• Must be pre-licensed by the Tribal Gaming Commission for this position
• Must maintain a Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain and maintain
• Must be willing to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, record and report surveillance activities and ensure compliance with procedures
• Train in surveillance topics including camera use, cheating detection, and game protection
• Monitor and report regulatory or procedural violations
• Oversee daily casino activity and restricted access areas
• Complete routine video reviews, reports, logs, and related documentation
• Coordinate with security and other departments for investigations
• Assist with investigations when instructed by department management
• Maintain surveillance equipment and report repair needs
• Provide supervision in the absence of the Surveillance Supervisor
