Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and completing within 6 months.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• One year of related experience in casino gaming, CCTV, security, or investigations.
• Report writing; a report writing assignment will be administered prior to any interview.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must have willingness and ability to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or ability to obtain and maintain a license).
• Must be willing to work in a smoke environment.

Responsibilities

• Observes, documents, records, and reports regulatory or procedural violations.
• Monitors casino activity and reports findings.
• Utilizes surveillance cameras and equipment to identify and report suspicious activity.
• Trains in surveillance topics and casino procedures.
• Assists investigations when directed by management.
• Maintains security of designated areas and confidentiality of information.
