Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members at the casino property. You will protect assets, enforce policies and gaming regulations, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional guest service with professionalism and integrity.

You will patrol, check IDs for 21+ entry, observe for disturbances, and coordinate with security dispatch to respond quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security protection on property, including money transactions and dispatch functions.
• Check IDs and ensure guests are at least 21 to enter the casino.
• Observe and report disruptive or intoxicated people.
• Respond to security concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Provide medical attention in emergencies.
• Communicate over dispatch radio effectively.
• Patrol assigned areas and look for suspicious activity or gaming violations.
• Know location of emergency equipment and respond to incidents.
