Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, employees and casino property. You will patrol the casino floor and surrounding areas, assist guests and colleagues, and respond to disturbances with professionalism.

Responsibilities include monitoring for safety hazards, using the security reporting system, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. High school diploma or equivalent and Nevada gaming work card are required, with CPR/AED certification

Qualifications

Reading, writing and verbal communication in English.
Ability to diffuse confrontational situations calmly and professionally.
Knowledge of safety hazards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide security and protection for guests and property.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Observe and report incidents using security reporting system and detailed logs.
Patrol the casino floor and surrounding areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
Assist guests and employees; administer basic first aid when needed.
Respond promptly to disturbances and potential safety threats.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare incident reports and participate in investigations as required.
