Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Senior Security Officer II to oversee security shift activities, ensuring a safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets. The role supports a Family Style Service culture through positive actions and attitude.

You will supervise and delegate tasks, investigate incidents, and ensure policies are followed. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; knowledge of casino events and promotions is important for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
• Acquire and maintain CPR/AED certification.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two to Three years experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and ability to perform assigned duties of all subordinate positions.
• Provide excellent guest service at all times.
• Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Investigate incidents and compile data for accurate reporting.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and monitored during the shift.
• Review shift activities with Security Management.
• Have complete knowledge of casino events and promotional activities and assist as needed.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Handle routine customer complaints and incidents with discretion.
