Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Patrol the property to ensure guest safety and policy compliance.
• Exercise good judgment and resolve issues with other departments.
• Provide accurate directions and information about property attractions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Assist civil and law enforcement authorities as needed.
• Provide medical assistance as a First Responder when required.
• Interview and document incidents per policy.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Attend required shifts and meet attendance guidelines.
