Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to provide superior service and maintain safe gaming environments. You will patrol facilities, assist guests, verify ages for gaming areas, and respond to incidents with appropriate reporting and safety measures.

This role requires 21+ age, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days. Training to obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board license will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluent in English and able to report writing.
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board license.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service and safety patrols to guests.
  • Investigate accidents on premises.
  • Assist injured guests and apply first aid/CPR as needed.
  • Verify guest ages for gaming areas (21+).
  • Patrol the parking lot and garage by car or van.
  • Escort employees with monies.
  • Prepare written reports as assigned.
  • Control and direct traffic as needed.
  • Ensure delivery of great customer service.
  • Monitor casino and parking areas for disturbances and report to Security.
