Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must qualify for licensing with the New Mexico Racing & Gaming Commissions.
One to three months previous security or customer service experience preferred.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Responsibilities
Promote all steps of the ACES program with patrons and employees.
Greet guests and assist as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Provide security on assigned posts, handle problem situations, and watch for safety hazards.
Write detailed reports for incidents involving law violations.
Skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills
Ability to respond calmly under stress
Fluent in English
Bilingual in Spanish
Education
High School diploma or G.E.D preferred
