Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous casino security or law enforcement experience desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to handle all types of guest-related situations.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to investigate incidents and complete written reports.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to posts in hotel, casino resort and outdoor areas to deter illegal activities and protect assets.
• Assist guests with illnesses, injuries, and provide information.
• Issue temporary access badges.
• Protect company assets and monitor activities to enforce rules.
• Report suspicious activity to security dispatch via radio or phone.
• Defuse disturbances with verbal de-escalation; prepare for potential physical confrontation.
• Move and protect company funds within the premises.
• Document detailed incident reports related to property, guests, and staff.
• Escort staff to and from vehicles when requested.
• May operate on two-wheeled bikes or motorized vehicles as needed.
• Comply with all New Jersey regulatory requirements.
