Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests and staff at HCCTR. The role focuses on safeguarding people and property, performing bag checks, patrolling premises, and reporting incidents.

The position requires readiness to work an 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shift on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, with potential for overtime and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees and others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of customers, employees and others on the premises.
• Greet patrons and inspect bags and patrons for prohibited items.
• Report critical situations and assist in investigations as needed.
• Patrol casino premises and monitor for security breaches and irregularities.
• Transport gaming chips and perform drops per procedures.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of security operations.
