Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking security staff to ensure safety, safeguard property, and enforce gaming regulations. You will greet guests, manage traffic at entrances, and escort guests and assets as needed to support a secure, compliant environment.

The role requires reading comprehension, clear written and spoken communication, and the ability to handle multiple variables in standardized situations. A valid PA license and driving record are expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Apply common sense to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Protect property and life and enforce safety regulations to support profitability, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• Perform duties to comply with PGCB requirements, including gaming-related drops and reconciliation.
• Greet guests and staff in a positive, professional manner.
• Regulate traffic at plant entrance to maintain orderly flow.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and prevent over-consumption of alcohol.
• Provide escorts for guests, vendors, and funds.
• Conduct bag inspections and ID checks per policy.
• Report unsafe conditions and suspicious activity.
• Conduct outside patrols via vehicle or on foot.
