Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking dedicated Security Officers to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Candidates will patrol the casino and respond to disturbances while maintaining high guest service standards.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Successful candidates will receive competitive compensation and benefits, including medical coverage and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a guest service-related field.
• CPR Certificate and Bloodborne Pathogen training required.
• Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guest service standards.
• Patrol the casino and surrounding areas.
• Provide security for table fills and money drops.
• Respond to disturbances and alarms.
• Prepare reports on Security-related incidents.
