Job summary
MGM Resorts International is seeking a Casino Operations Manager to support daily Slot and Table Games operations, lead front-line teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, staff engagement, and operational excellence during your shift.
The role involves coaching teams, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with casino leadership to uphold high service standards in a dynamic entertainment environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- 2+ years of experience in gaming, hospitality, or operational environments with exposure to Table Games or Slots.
Responsibilities
- Support daily Slot and Table Games operations during assigned shifts, including resolving guest and employee concerns, opening and closing duties, game protection, game mix, bet spreads, and staffing to ensure compliance.
- Lead front-line employees by coaching, training, and recognition, supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and Gaming Control Board regulations, escalating unusual activity to senior leadership.
- Monitor gaming equipment functionality and escalate maintenance or performance concerns with relevant departments and the Gaming COE.
- Assist in executing departmental projects and initiatives with timely follow-through and attention to detail.
