MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager at MGM Grand Skylofts to lead the Front Desk team and drive operational excellence from arrival to departure.

You will partner with hotel leadership to guide and support the team while elevating service standards, solving challenges, and delivering memorable moments for guests on the Las Vegas Strip. This role emphasizes guest service, team development, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience directing hotel employees.
• Experience with front desk operations and service standards.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations and front desk activities in alignment with service standards.
• Coach and develop front desk team through training, guidance and recognition.
• Implement policies and procedures to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to execute strategic initiatives from the Hotel Strategy CoE.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard front desk staff to support efficient department operations.
