MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Players Club Manager to oversee development, execution, and sustainability of guest experience programs. You will respond to needs, develop recommendations, and implement solutions with property operating teams to enhance programs.

The ideal candidate brings a hospitality/management background, 2+ years in a supervisory role within slot operations or a gaming environment, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, management, or related field required.
• 2+ years as a manager or supervisor in Slot Operations or a gaming environment required.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize with management to meet department, property, and corporate goals via KPI analysis.
• Analyze data and adjust strategy to improve guest experience through new programs and technology.
• Develop and implement programs to increase employee engagement and guest service, aligned with company goals.
• Create and maintain a work environment emphasizing client service, teamwork, feedback, recognition, respect, and succession planning.
• Regularly review and update departmental policies and procedures to stay current.
