• Experience in casino operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be accountable for customer service at your location and supervisory decisions per operations standards.
• Assist in planning, leadership, development, organization, and follow-up in operations, expenses, and promotions.
• Maintain professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in customer service and casino operations.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, hiring, discipline, and staff development; manage turnover.
• Perform duties of Floor Runner, Bartender, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager as needed.
• Ensure security of the location and assets; monitor surveillance and report deficiencies.
• Oversee signage, maintenance, and repairs of gaming machines and bar equipment.
