Qualifications

• Experience in casino operations preferred.

• Ability to manage staff and supervisory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service at the location and supervise operations per casino standards.
• Assist in planning, leadership, development, and promotion programs; manage expenses and revenue.
• Set professional example and ensure maintenance, staffing, and turnover controls.
• Perform duties of Floor Runner, Bartender, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager when needed.
• Audit machines for accuracy and ensure security of assets and compliance with policies.
• Prepare liquor store for audits and maintain accurate records.
