The position entails working nights, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities spanning office procedures, vendor invoicing, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and casino operations preferred.
• Ability to perform payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service during shift hours and screen phone calls, manage accounting decisions per operations standards.
• Lead and train staff, cover in absence of a manager, and supervise coworkers.
• Perform duties of a manager including payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reporting.
• Balance cash, maintain security of casino assets, and audit shift reports.
• Complete casino paperwork, daily reports, purchases, and inventory adjustments.
• Manage liquor orders, liquor store audits, and pricing for promotions per regulations.
• Prepare bank deposits and analyze six-week reports; ensure accurate records.
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays; stay reachable when needed.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and complete state-approved alcohol sales certification.
