Town Pump Company is seeking a Casino Assistant Manager in Montana to lead guest services, payroll, inventories and reporting in a busy casino setting. You will train staff, cover during manager absence, and ensure strict adherence to policies while maintaining excellent guest experiences.

The role requires night/weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and liquor audit capability. Benefits include comprehensive health options and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino operations or hospitality supervision.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Liquor audits and pricing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to supervise payroll and inventories.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer service during shift hours and screen calls.
• Lead operational areas: payroll, inventories, scheduling and reporting.
• Train and coach staff; cover in absence of manager.
• Balance cash, prepare reports, and audit shift records.
• Maintain liquor orders, pricing, audits, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Complete daily casino paperwork and vendor controls.
