Town Pump Inc. is seeking a motivated Casino Manager In Training to join our Montana team. You will learn the full casino operation by training with the Casino Manager, focusing on guest service, supervisory decisions, cost controls, promotions, and staffing.

You will also handle daily bookwork, cash controls, and inventory while ensuring a safe environment and compliance with Town Pump standards. This role offers benefits and growth within the company.

Qualifications

Experience in guest services or casino operations preferred.
Ability to train others and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist casino manager with daily operations and training.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints.
Record employee info, inventory, and sales data using the computer.
Maintain security of casino assets and control cash, inventory, and labor hours.
Assist with hiring, orientation, and training of new staff.
