Job summary

Town Pump Company seeks a motivated Casino Assistant Manager to join Montana’s Best Casinos. You will oversee shift customer service, handle calls, and support casino operations with a focus on accuracy, security, and compliance.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to be reached when needed. You’ll balance payroll and inventory tasks, prepare reports, coordinate vendor invoices, and manage liquor orders while maintaining pricing and promotions

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during shifts and screen calls.
• Make accounting decisions aligned with Casino Operations standards and procedures.
• Assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in office procedures, vendor invoicing, data entry, and shortage controls.
• Set example for coworkers; train, coach, and discipline employees to maintain professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform manager duties including payroll, inventories, scheduling, counseling reports, retrains, machine repairs, and stats reporting.
• Balance to six-week analysis reports, maintain records, and prepare bank deposits subject to managerial approval.
• Complete casino paperwork, daily reports, daily purchases, and inventory adjustments; audit payroll records.
• Manage vendor controls, invoices, liquor orders, deliveries, stock liquor store, and pricing for promotions in line with state regulations.
• Know liquor audit process and prep liquor store for audit; maintain accurate pricing for promotions.
• Ensure security of casino assets, cash, and inventories; auditing and balancing to office reports.
• Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and remain contactable via phone or other means.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License and Alcohol sales/service certification as required; perform other duties as assigned.
