Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily management of a designated shift in Casino Operations
• Oversee all games, game protection, and table games/slots operations on shift
• Manage schedules to meet staffing objectives and guest satisfaction while controlling labor costs
• Assist in budget process and ensure regulatory budget adherence and reporting
• Maintain integrity of daily Table Games/Slots operations and oversee gaming floor
• Monitor payouts and ensure accurate payout amounts to customers
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct in all departmental matters
