Qualifications

• Associates Degree (A.A.) in related field; one-year experience in Table Games or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and have knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Must have knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games Operations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rates, ratios, and percents; interpret bar graphs.
• Must be able to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems in a diplomatic manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and management in the table games department and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns with guest satisfaction in mind.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report budget concerns to management.
• Collaborate with the Shift Manager to implement strategies for customer service, game layout, revenue growth and expense management.
• Suggest improvements to standard operating procedures as needed.
• Engage with team members and address feedback, suggestions, complaints and grievances.
• Be accountable for chips, cards, dice and all gaming equipment.
• Assist with table inventories and manage table limits.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications for the Table Games department.
• Maintain security and integrity of cards and dice; ensure daily operations are sound.
• Promote superior customer service and ensure standards are followed by all teammates.
• Monitor payouts and cash transactions; ensure proper payout amounts per procedures.
• Account for chips on assigned games; handle fills and credits as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
