Job summary

Margaritaville Resort Casino - Bossier City, La. is seeking a Table Games/Slots Operations leader to supervise staff and manage a designated shift within Casino Operations. You will oversee all games, game protection, and ensure efficient schedules that balance guest satisfaction with labor costs.

In this role you will assist budgeting, promote superior customer service, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor chip and cash handling, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university required, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of Slot operating systems.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Extensive knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games/Slots Operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily shift operations in the Casino Operations department.
• Provide oversight for all games, game protection, and Table Games/Slots operations on shift; balance labor costs and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting and report budget concerns to management.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in line with company standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality across the department.
• Oversee gaming floor integrity, chip, card, dice, and equipment accountability.
