Boomtown Bossier City is seeking an experienced Casino Operations Supervisor to oversee a designated shift, managing Table Games and Slots operations, staff schedules, and guest service standards. You will monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to drive profitability.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A degree or equivalent leadership experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years in a comparable Table Games/Slots leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Proficient with MS Office and knowledge of Slot operating systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues diplomatically.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.
• Experience supervising staff and managing shifts in casino operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily management of a designated shift in the Casino Operations department.
• Oversee all games, game protection, and overall Table Games/Slots operations on the shift.
• Manage goals, performance monitoring, and profitability targets.
• Create efficient schedules, control labor costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist budgeting, report concerns, and ensure budget compliance.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and maintain regulatory compliance.
