PENN Entertainment in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Table Games Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maximizing profitability. You will supervise staff, monitor game integrity, assist with budgeting, and coordinate with Shift Managers to uphold service standards, regulatory compliance, and the smooth operation of table games.

Qualifications

Associate degree (A.A.) in related field; one year's experience in Table Games supervision preferred.
1–2 years Table Games Supervisory experience preferred.
Craps, Baccarat and Pai Gow knowledge required.
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff and management in the table games department; support, administer, and manage goals and profitability.
Coordinate scheduling with manager; focus on guest satisfaction.
Assist in budgeting process; report budget concerns to management.
Collaborate with Shift Manager to implement customer service strategies and maximize profitability.
Maintain game integrity and protect gaming equipment; monitor transactions.
