Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise table games dealers and supervise operations under Pit/Shift Manager.
• Control gaming cards and equipment and monitor game integrity.
• Manage fills/credits, player ratings, markers, and rundowns.
• Analyze customer play for irregularities and suspicious activity.
• Develop staff, assess performance, and provide training.
• Review table game activities and promotional status with managers.
• Meet with departmental leaders to align on goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and security for guests and employees.
