The position supports customer relations and team coordination in a lively gaming environment. The candidate should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in gaming, strong math skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in gaming industry or equivalent.
• Must have working knowledge of all games in which they supervise.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Other training or work experience may be used in lieu of a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Enforce dealer compliance with pit and game procedures.
• Attend meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required.
• Supply gaming tables with proper and sufficient gaming equipment.
• Complete rating information on casino table players.
• Verify customer credit status.
• Issue guest complimentary based on the evaluation of patrons play.
• Communicate large and/or multiple buy-ins in compliance with established pit procedures.
• Promote outstanding customer and team member relations.
• Prepare marker, table fill and table credit documents.
• Identify and resolve table games disputes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
