Job summary

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a Casino Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality guest service. You will oversee payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reporting while training team members and covering for the manager as needed.

The role requires maintaining liquor pricing accuracy, performing liquor audits, and safeguarding assets in a compliance-driven environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching and training staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Alcohol sales/service certification required by Montana state.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service during shift hours and screen calls.
• Assist payroll, inventories, scheduling and reporting.
• Train, coach and cover for the manager in absence.
• Balance cash, audit shift reports and complete paperwork.
• Maintain liquor store pricing and conduct liquor audits.
• Ensure security of assets and comply with state regulations.
