Responsibilities include regulatory compliance coordination, asset protection, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance guest experience and financial results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or gaming operations.
• Seven+ years in casino gaming operations with management experience.
• Knowledge of Colorado gaming regulations and licensing requirements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily casino operations across assigned departments and maintain service standards.
• Develop operating plans, budgets, labor forecasts, and performance goals.
• Review performance and guest demand to optimize experience and results.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and licensing requirements.
• Safeguard assets and oversee staffing, scheduling, and training.
