Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a senior leader to direct daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets within a casino/hospitality environment. You will drive budgets, labor planning, cost controls, and guest service standards while coordinating with culinary, marketing, and property leadership.

The role requires building strong teams, implementing safety and compliance programs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences during events and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of progressive F&B leadership, casino/hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with budgets, P&L, labor planning, and cost controls.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets and maintain standards.
• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and outlet-level P&L reviews.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules based on volume and events.
• Oversee menu/beverage program development and pricing in partnership with leadership.
• Direct inventory controls, purchasing, and vendor relationships; protect assets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and gaming-related controls.
