Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a Steward to support the culinary team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation across all kitchen and food service areas. You will ensure hygiene standards, assist with waste management, restocking, and back-of-house efficiency in a fast-paced casino kitchen.

The role requires a minimum 18 years of age, a HS diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of work experience.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards required.
• Prior kitchen/restaurant/casino experience preferred.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage preference shall apply to all positions.

Responsabilités

• Deep clean commercial kitchens and equipment (fryers, grills, ovens, etc.).
• Move equipment and clean floors (sweep, mop, vacuum).
• Deep clean and disinfect surfaces (walls, sinks, countertops, tables, refrigerators, etc.).
• Maintain kitchen and bar sanitation, safe handling of food/bev. documents.
• Assist with inventory of china, flatware, glassware, and equipment.
• Support catering pull sheets and event orders.
