Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Prior kitchen/food service or casino experience preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and Osage Nation gaming license required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean commercial kitchens and equipment including fryers, flat tops, grills, ranges, and ovens.
• Move equipment and furniture to sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors.
• Deep clean and disinfect walls, sinks, countertops, floors, and surfaces.
• Maintain kitchen and bar sanitation and safe handling of food and beverages.
• Assist with inventory of china, flatware, glassware, and equipment.
• Complete pull sheets for catering and banquet events.
• Follow safety procedures and MSDS guidelines for chemicals.
